Your Jar Club broke. What now?

If a broken Jar Club left a Symbol of Jigeki in your inventory, the next known stop is the merchant rather than another jump back to its pickup platform.

Check for the Symbol of Jigeki

Look in your inventory for Symbol of Jigeki. Demo players describe it as a sellable item received when the Jar Club breaks. If you want to keep using a jar weapon, they report that the merchant later offers a Reinforced Jar Club.

Identify what replaced the club

The inventory name to look for is Symbol of Jigeki. Its inspection view shows a metal geometric symbol hanging from a ring, with beads along its lower strands.

The reported next step is the merchant

  1. Jar Club breaks

    Check the resulting inventory item.

  2. Symbol of Jigeki

The reported item can be sold to the merchant.

  3. Visit the merchant

Sell the item or look for a Reinforced Jar Club replacement.

The community describes a broken weapon, a sellable item, and a merchant follow-up. Selling the Symbol is not shown here as an unlock requirement for the replacement.

A March 2026 question about the Symbol receives the answer that it can be sold. That is the known practical use in the sources here; it does not establish that every possible use of the item has been discovered.

Look for the reinforced replacement

The Jar Club discussion reports that a Reinforced Jar Club becomes available from the merchant after the original breaks. If you need the entrance, follow the post-Demo shop interaction, then check its stock for that name if you want to continue with the same weapon type.

Player reports disagree on the level at which the original breaks, so use the actual break and inventory change as your cue. This page starts after that change; it does not give the platform route for obtaining the original club.
