The short route
Get the rusted sword at the campfire and strike the crossed boards until the exit clears. Look left for the blue crystal rest monument. After that, find the stairs leading toward the tower and look to their right for the small shoreline island. The Dagger Belt is beside its broken boat and hanging rope.

From campfire to shoreline item
Find the campfire and get the sword
The camp has a fire between two seated armored figures, with banners against the stone wall. Speak to the character who gives you the rusted sword before trying the blocked exit.

The campfire, seated figures, and banners are the starting-area landmarks. View full-size image Look for: the campfire and two seated figures shown above.
Look for the crossed wooden boards
At the narrow opening, crossed boards block the way. Strike them until the opening clears. If the boards react but remain in place, keep striking; Steam players discuss this camp exit.

Look for the crossed planks across the narrow exit. View full-size image You are through this section when the boards no longer block the opening and you can walk through.
Look left for the blue crystal monument
Once through the board barrier, look left for the stone monument topped by a blue crystal. Interact with it to bring up the location menu.

The blue crystal monument opens a Knight's Encampment menu with Save and Rest. View full-size image You have reached this rest point when the menu reads “Knight's Encampment / Isle of Neasied” and shows Save, Rest, and Leave.
Find the island beside the shore
Back on the path outside the camp, look for the stairs leading toward the tower. The island lies to the right of the stair area, as described in a Steam player route tip. At the shore, look for its sparse trees and broken wooden boat near a high stone wall.

The island with a sparse tree and broken boat is just across the water. View full-size image Look for: the broken boat on the small island, with the tall stone structure along this stretch of shore.
Collect the Dagger Belt at the wreck
Jump across to the island and move beside the broken boat. Near its angled timber and hanging rope, find the item labeled Dagger Belt and collect it.

The Dagger Belt label appears beside the wreck's angled timber and hanging rope. View full-size image The item name should read “Dagger Belt”; after collection, a “Throwing Weapons” guide update appears.
